Enfant prodige della pittura, Primo Conti ha attraversato da protagonista le inquietudini del Novecento, dagli esordi, intorno al 1911, fino alla morte avvenuta nel 1988. Un’attività febbrile e unica, affidata a quelle «variabili del colore» che la mostra attuale intende ripercorrere e che conducono verso la contemporaneità.
As an enfant prodige of painting, Primo Conti, went through the anxieties of the twentieth century as a protagonist, from the beginning, around 1911, to his death in 1988. A feverish and unique activity, entrusted to those «the variable of colour» that the current exhibition intends to retrace and that lead towards contemporary.
